Refund Policy:

At Bubblegum Kids, we take pride in delivering the best bubblegum experience. As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us with a photo, and we will gladly investigate the matter. Kindly note that orders placed more than 60 days ago are not eligible for replacement.

Shipping & Timelines:

We are thrilled for you to receive your Bubblegum Kids order! Please note that our delectable snacks may require some time to reach you.

Upon placing your order, our fulfillment team promptly begins processing it. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

Here's what you can expect:  You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders typically ship within 1-5. Once shipped orders within the USA can anticipate receiving within 3-5 business days and 5-10 business days for Canadian orders. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during order placement.

Please take note of the following:

If your order includes more than 3 boxes or is a bundle, it may arrive in multiple shipments. Some packages may arrive before others.

Our warehouse fulfills orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

At the moment, we don't offer the option to send orders from our website as gifts. However, you can place an order and have it shipped directly to the recipient's address if you'd like to surprise them with Bubblegum Kids goodness!
